If you have ever used a file-sharing app, then ShareKaro won’t feel very different to you. Obviously enough, there are some notable features of ShareKaro that make it unique. So, let’s dive into all the great and not-so-great experiences with ShareKaro!
Experience
The installation of ShareKaro is quite simple, like any other application you’ll find on Windows or mobile platforms. So, top marks for the easy installation process without throwing any unnecessary clauses or bloatware.
Once launching the application, I was delighted to see the clutter-free UI with a very minimalistic design. Trust me, you definitely don’t need to go through multiple buttons to find what you’re looking for.
Transfers, Video Downloader & Backup buttons are nicely highlighted on the left side while the QR code takes up the middle portion of the app. You just need to scan the QR code to get started with the file transfers.
Here, I’ve connected my Android phone with the app and sent a file to my PC. Surprisingly enough, it took less than 1 minute to send a file over 3 GB! I seriously did not expect such an awesome file-transfer speed. That’s more than 55MB/s. To be honest, I don’t get such a speed with my USB flash drives while file sharing.
So, ShareKaro definitely does what it does best. A simple interface, lighting speed, and awesome reliability. However, the most annoying part of the mobile app is the constant ads that pop up every now and then. I wish ShareKaro cut down some of those to make the mobile app feel a bit cleaner.
Bottom Line
ShareKaro fully delivers on its promise to offer fast file shares with an awesome interface. If you’re not heavily bothered by the occasional ads, then I don’t think you should skip this brilliant app.
